Set Google Account Schedule

Update one owned Google account control in this workspace.

Both controls are user-facing On/Off boundaries. real-time means On; internal cursor reconciliation and safety scans own cadence. Legacy stored cadence values continue to read as On, but new writes accept only real-time or off.
