management_bpsinteger

200 = 2% p.a.

performance_bpsinteger

2000 = 20% of the gain above the mark

hurdle_bpsinteger

0 = no hurdle; else the p.a. rate the gain must clear first

basisstring

invested_capital | market_value — what the management fee is charged on. invested_capital (the default) is the cash the investor actually put in: it does not swell with a mark the operator posted, which keeps the fee the operator earns independent of the input the operator supplies.

crystallizationstring

monthly | quarterly | semi_annual | annual — how often the performance fee crystallizes and the mark ratchets. This is a price, not a detail: crystallizing more often measurably raises what an investor pays over a fund's life, because each reset locks in gains a later loss can no longer claw back.

versioninteger

Which version of the fund's history these terms are; 0 when unconfigured.
