GetAccruedFees

What the caller's holding owes right now WITHOUT charging it: the management fee accrued since the last charge, the performance fee that would crystallize at today's NAV, and any carried debt. This is what a position's "value net of fees" must subtract, and it carries the investor's own mark so the figure is explicable.
