Topup Api Key

Credit paid_units to an existing API key by its hashed value.

Bearer-authed. Body: { "api_key_hash": "<hex sha256>", # required "units": <int>, # required, > 0 "sku": "operator_topup", # optional, default operator_topup "note": "..." # optional }

Returns the new balance object. Idempotent guardrails from credit_paid_units still apply (dispute-in-flight blocks, etc).
