Reload Class Matrix

Force-reload the class_relatedness matrix from disk.

If Railway serves a container whose in-memory _MATRIX_CACHE was populated from a stale file (e.g. Docker layer cache issue), hit this endpoint to clear the cache and force the next read to reload from /app/data/class_relatedness_matrix.json.

Dual-auth: Bearer ETL_CRON_TOKEN OR X-Etymolt-Key paid tier.
