Exit Scan Endpoint

Scan all open auto-trader stock positions for exit signals.

Checks each open position against MoS and P(win) exit gates. In paper mode: logs 'observed' close signals (no real orders). In live mode: routes SELL orders through Schwab when a gate fires.

Safe to call at any time — idempotent, does not affect buy evaluations.
