Backfill Eps Yfinance Endpoint

Backfill EPS actuals via YFINANCE (free, no daytime cap).

Use this when AlphaVantage is rate-saturated by the screener cron. Budget ~2-3 minutes per 1,000 symbols at the default throttle. Shares the AlphaVantage backfiller's queue read, so symbols_matching here is the same 8,053-deep queue — see /backfill-eps for why one pass will not clear it.
