Whether the Claude connector is enabled in this install.

Reports whether an admin has turned the Claude connector on for this Snowflake Native App install (DVT-5116), for the Getting started "is the company set up" check. Any signed-in user. Calls the app's app_public.connector_enabled() with the caller's own Snowflake session; it exposes only the on/off flag. enabled is null when the answer is unknown: not a Snowflake install, no caller session, an app version without the procedure, or any failure reading it. Never a 5xx for those.
