List the organization's API keys.

Non-secret fields only — the plaintext is never retrievable. Admin/owner (apikey:manage) returns all keys in the org. Members may list only their own keys when the org has allowMemberApiKeys enabled (see GET /v1/me → org.allowMemberApiKeys).
