Get Integration Stats

Aggregate call-volume + latency + error metrics for one external integration over the given window. Reads from trace_tool_executions in ClickHouse.

Window values: 24h, 7d, 30d. Anything else falls back to 7d.

Workspace isolation enforced via the standard pre-check — the target integration must belong to the caller's workspace. Aggregation itself filters by tool_name LIKE 'ext<id>_%' since integration_ids are globally unique and the dispatcher never lets a foreign workspace call a non-owned tool.
