Mcp Oauth Start

Start OAuth for a dynamic-registration MCP integration (RFC 7591).

No DialogBrain-owned app: probe the MCP server's 401 challenge → discover its OAuth metadata (mcp_oauth.handle_401) → register an OAuth client on the fly (oauth_client.register_dynamic_client) → persist it on the integration → return an authorize_url (+ double-submit oauth_flow cookie). The /oauth/callback handler exchanges the code and persists the token at oauth_<integration_id> (the ref mcp_client.refresh_if_expired reads).
