Reset Guest Link

Rotate share links for a meeting code, per role.

The revocation escape hatch for the persistent-link model: codes never expire, so a leaked link grants access until reset. Anyone in the meeting's workspace may reset (same trust boundary as /end).

Body is OPTIONAL (the existing frontend posts none — meetings.ts) and defaults to rotating the GUEST link only, exactly today's behavior. The response always carries BOTH current tokens.
