End Meeting

End the meeting for everyone by deleting the LiveKit room.

Deletes the room first (a LiveKit failure propagates — session stays active, /end is retryable), then finalizes the voice session directly (voice_active=False publish); the worker's own /call-ended POST is a harmless idempotent duplicate.
