Per-exchange CEX inflow/outflow breakdown.

CEX_DEPOSIT = tokens sent TO exchange by whale = bearish (inflow) CEX_WITHDRAW = tokens received FROM exchange by whale = bullish (outflow) Returns exchanges sorted by total volume descending. Requires: Pro tier or higher (Intelligence Suite).
