Api Cancel Feedback

Bookkeeping only (2026-10-13): keep the reason when someone opens the cancel flow, picks a reason, and then does NOT cancel — they switched to a lower plan ("downgraded") or kept their subscription ("stayed"). The cancel itself is recorded by /api/subscribe/cancel. Writes only cancellation_feedback; never touches the subscription, the tier or the payment provider.
