Api Switch To Business

Switch the signed-in account to a Business account (2026-10-16).

Labeling only: tier, subscription, entitlements and payment data are not read or written, so switching can never remove access. Also updates the company details of an existing Business account. There is no business -> personal switch here (handled by email support).
