Get PPC data for a Rank Radar

Retrieves per-keyword PPC data for the specified Rank Radar within a date range — sponsored rank, impression rank/share, match types hit, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, orders, PPC sales, spend, ACOS, and conversion rate. Pass includeCampaigns=true for a per-campaign/ad-group breakdown. Rate limited to approximately 60 requests per minute per API key.

The page of keywords to retrieve. By default, it is 1

Number of keywords per page. By default, it is 20. Max page size is 100
