Takes the Niche out of the given Spaces, from GET /v1/spaces. A delta: Spaces you do not list are left as they are, and so are assignee tags. Ids already detached are counted in removed / notPresent, never errors.

All or nothing: if any id is not a Space of your organization the call fails with 404 and unknownIds, if the acting member cannot manage a Space it fails with 403 and forbiddenSpaceIds, and nothing changes. The acting member needs Manage access to the Niche; x-api-key calls act as the owner.

Rate limited to 2 requests per minute per Niche.
