Lists the keywords excluded from a Niche's Master Keyword List, the same list the web app shows:

• exact — each hides the one keyword that matches it exactly.
• phrase — each hides every keyword containing the phrase, with how many keywords and how much search volume it hides.

Change them with POST /v1/niches/{nicheId}/keyword-exclusions and POST /v1/niches/{nicheId}/keyword-exclusions/remove.
