Fix User Auto Schedule By Date
Fix user's auto schedule queue for a SPECIFIC DATE:
- Count how many entries are already scheduled for the target date
- If less than daily capacity, create new entries to fill the gap
- Does NOT delete existing entries
- Schedules entries starting from next hour at :17 minutes (one per hour) Note: Entries may span across multiple days if scheduling starts late
This is a non-destructive fix that only adds missing entries. For enterprise users, optionally filter by product_id.
