Convert User To Enterprise

Convert a standard user to an enterprise account.

This action:

  • Changes account_type from standard (or None) to enterprise
  • Cannot be reversed through this endpoint (enterprise -> standard not supported)

Enterprise users have different agent management and product creation rules.
