Authenticate with Authorization: Bearer <intake_access_token> from the latest consumer-prefill or follow-up response. The response can include a bound or cancelled policy record, available policy documents, existing cancellation/refund/support request history, a browser next_action, and the support contact URL. In the consumer umbrella sandbox, every policy, document, and service-history value is synthetic test data only.
