POST /runtime/events

POST /api/v1/runtime/events on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the key:self scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Client telemetry transport, not an MCP tool: a signed-in local runtime posts its own member's runtime/v1 events with the device-login session or the personal key it issued. It reads nothing and grants nothing.
