List the service accounts you may bind an automation to

GET /api/v1/code/automations/service-accounts on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the code:write scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: The console's Approve and Enable pick the service account an automation runs as from this list (ADR 0133). Binding an account is a person's decision about authority; an agent never makes it from a control-plane connection.
