POST /ci/runs/{runId}/finish

POST /api/v1/ci/runs/{runId}/finish on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires a GitHub Actions OIDC token issued for this API (Authorization: Bearer), from a workflow in a repository connected to the project. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Not RBAC-guarded: authenticated by the CI provider's OIDC token for one job. Agents never hold that token.
