POST /code/connections/begin

POST /api/v1/code/connections/begin on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Unauthenticated but rate-limited; it establishes or ends a session rather than reading tenant data. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Not RBAC-guarded — it is the consent page a person's browser opens before signing in to their MCP server: it names the account and computer that asked, and only that browser's Continue proceeds.
