GET /reports/sessions/{sessionId}

GET /api/v1/reports/sessions/{sessionId} on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the billing:read scope. Exposed to autonomous agents as the session action of the caveman_people tool (read access). Org members, seats, and per-person spend and delivery attribution. Read-only — an agent never creates or changes an identity.
