PUT /quality-monitors/{monitorId}

PUT /api/v1/quality-monitors/{monitorId} on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the eval:write scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Quality monitors carry a caller-supplied grader egress URL that receives captured response payloads server-side. Creating or editing that target is human-only (ONBOARDING_V2_SPEC non-goal; caveman-cloud-project skill section 5).
