GET /projects/{projectId}/wizard-sessions/current

GET /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/wizard-sessions/current on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the trace:read_metadata scope. Exposed to autonomous agents as the current action of the caveman_wizard tool (read access). The project's onboarding wizard session: phase, tasks, the question waiting in the terminal, and the server's health reading (ok, not_started, lost_contact).
