POST /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/routes/compare on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the experiment:run scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Spends the project's provider money replaying saved requests against candidate models; a person starts it from the route builder or the CLI.
