GET /projects/{projectId}/route-autoclimb/workloads/{workflow}

GET /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/route-autoclimb/workloads/{workflow} on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the trace:read_metadata scope. Exposed to autonomous agents as the workload action of the caveman_autoclimb tool (read access). What Caveman is proving on one workload, what stops it, what proving has cost there, and which candidate models a person excluded. Starting, stopping and excluding stay with people.
