GET /projects/{projectId}/repo-contributors

GET /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/repo-contributors on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the member:manage scope. Exposed to autonomous agents as the repo_contributors action of the caveman_people tool (read access). Org members, seats, and per-person spend and delivery attribution. Read-only — an agent never creates or changes an identity.
