POST /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/providers/{connectionId}/verify on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the provider:manage scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Handles provider credentials or their verification. Agents route traffic; they never hold or rotate the secrets that pay for it.
