POST /projects/{projectId}/prompts/{promptId}/improvements

POST /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/prompts/{promptId}/improvements on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the prompt:write scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Spends on the project's own model keys, up to the budget a person sets: one proposer call, then a comparison run. An agent drafts it as a proposal for a person to accept, and reads the result.
