POST /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/prompts/{promptId}/environments/{environment}/promote on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the prompt:write scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Changes the prompt that production traffic and SDK callers run. A person promotes; an agent proposes a version.
