POST /projects/{projectId}/prompt-environments

POST /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/prompt-environments on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the prompt:write scope. Exposed to autonomous agents as the create_environment action of the caveman_prompts_write tool (write access). Register prompts, add immutable versions, pin versions, and delete prompts. Author comparisons through Evals.
