POST /projects/{projectId}/onboarding/learn

POST /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/onboarding/learn on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the policy:draft scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Pulls the whole fleet's daily detection scan forward. Day-keyed so it cannot be repeated, but the decision to spend that scan early is the operator's.
