POST /projects/{projectId}/judges/{judgeId}/test

POST /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/judges/{judgeId}/test on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the provider:manage scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Calls a judge with the project's stored credential. Agents never use or verify the secrets that pay for judging.
