POST /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/gitlab on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the repo:connect scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Accepts and verifies dedicated SCM secrets supplied by an organization administrator. Source credentials are never agent tool arguments.
