POST /projects/{projectId}/github/admin-proof-init

POST /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/github/admin-proof-init on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the repo:connect scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Starts a GitHub user authorization that proves a human administers the repository. An agent asking for it would be asking a person to grant authority on its behalf.
