DELETE /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/eval-workbenches/{workbenchId} on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the eval:write scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Archives a shared workbench and removes it from active experiment authoring. A human owns retirement of shared evaluation work.
