POST /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/eval-proposals/{proposalId}/accept on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the eval:write scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Accepting runs the operation the proposal holds: it creates or changes an eval object and may start paid judging. A person decides.
