GET /projects/{projectId}/eval-datasets/{datasetId}/export

GET /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/eval-datasets/{datasetId}/export on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the payload:read scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Downloads a dataset's rows as a CSV or JSONL file. Bulk data egress as a file requires a human actor; an agent reads the same rows as JSON through get_dataset and get_dataset_version.
