POST /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/continuous-improvement/{reportId}/replay/{jobId}/reconcile on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the experiment:run scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Replays recorded traffic against a provider, which spends real money and is gated on replay consent.
