POST /projects/{projectId}/connectors

POST /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/connectors on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the provider:manage scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Accepts a provider ADMIN KEY in the request body. Agents never handle a credential -- the standing rule the connect skill restates -- so this door is human-only.
