GET /projects/{projectId}/connectors

GET /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/connectors on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the org:read scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Connector rows exist to manage stored admin credentials. Agents never handle or enumerate credential state; the usage they sync is readable through the reports surfaces.
