PUT /projects/{projectId}/ci/suites/{suiteFingerprint}/mode

PUT /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/ci/suites/{suiteFingerprint}/mode on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the experiment:approve_s3 scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Gate mode blocks merges. Changing it is an audited owner or admin decision (SPEC §4.12).
