GET /projects/{projectId}/agents

GET /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/agents on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the trace:read_metadata scope. Exposed to autonomous agents as the list_agents action of the caveman_workflows tool (read access). Agents, workflows, and the observed workflow fingerprint registry that traffic is attributed to.
