GET /projects/{projectId}/agent-setups/{caseId}

GET /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/agent-setups/{caseId} on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the trace:read_metadata scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Native user authority over factory case admission, bounded policy, binding approval and cancellation. An agent session must never read a case, resolve a setup blocker, approve an execution binding, admit paid improvement work or cancel a fence.
