GET /projects/{projectId}/agent-connections

GET /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/agent-connections on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the org:read scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Agent connections name an agent's own brokered session and key (migration 0107). Listing them is the human owner's audit view; an agent enumerating sessions would be reading about its peers' credentials.
